Episode 1: The Gathering

Duncan MacLeod is roused from his peaceful existence with the love of this life, Tessa Noel, when he is challenged to combat by Slan Quince, an evil Immortal.

Episode 2: Family Tree

Richie attempts to learn more about his parents, whom he has never known. Instead, he falls prey to a con man. MacLeod is reminded of his own traumatic past when he first realized he was Immortal.

Episode 3: The Road Not taken

Immortal Kiem Sun has long sought to perfect a drug to create perfect warriors to protect him. When an old friend of Richie's dies mysteriously, MacLeod recognizes the effects of Kiem Sun's potion.

Episode 4: Innocent Man

MacLeod's Immortal friend, Lucas Desiree, is beheaded in his isolated mountain retreat. When a homeless veteran is charged with the grisly crime, MacLeod must try and clear the innocent man and unravel the mystery of who killed his friend.

Episode 5: Free Fall

A beautiful young woman, Felicia Martins, appears to be a lost and confused new Immortal. She seeks out MacLeod as her mentor and becomes amorously involved with Richie. However, she is in fact a long-time Immortal engaged in a wily scheme to trap MacLeod and acquire his Quickening.

Episode 6: Bad Day in Building A

While visiting the courthouse to clear up Tessa's traffic tickets, MacLeod, Tessa and Richie are among a group that is taken hostage. MacLeod is able to come to the rescue when the bad guys think they've killed him.

Episode 7: Mountain Men

Tessa is taken by a band of Survivalists who live off the land in the vastness of the Pacific Northwest. MacLeod, who's known the country for over a hundred years, tracks them into the mountains. Caleb, the leader of the mountain men, is an immortal whom MacLeod must battle to the death.

Episode 8: Deadly Medicine

MacLeod is struck and "killed" by a speeding automobile. When he revives in the hospital, he is kidnapped by a deranged doctor for research on a miracle cure. When MacLeod escapes, the doctor murders a potential witness and frames MacLeod.

Episode 9: The Sea Witch

Richie tries to protect an old girlfriend, Nikki, from a band of drug dealers. This puts them both in jeopardy with an evil immortal, Vashin, an old enemy of MacLeod's who betrayed him in Russia many years before. Meanwhile, Tessa's maternal instincts are stirred by Nikki's young daughter.

Episode 10: Revenge is Sweet

Seeking revenge for the apparent death of her lover, Walter Reinhardt, Rebecca Lord toys with MacLeod before she attempts to kill him with Reinhardt's sword. Unbeknownst to her, Reinhardt is still alive and is using Rebecca in a cat and mouse game to draw out MacLeod for their final confrontation.

Episode 11: See No Evil

A serial killer dubbed "The Scalper" is attacking blonde women, including a friend of Tessa's. MacLeod recognizes the pattern of an Immortal whom he killed back in the 1920's

Tessa witnesses the murder of a painter, Anne Wheeler, but the absence of a body leads everyone but MacLeod to doubt her story. MacLeod must rescue Tessa and bring justice to Anne's killer.

Episode 13: Band of Brothers

Warning comes from MacLeod's old friend Darius, a monk almost 2000 years old, that Grayson, Darius' one-time protege, is now stalking Darius' other students in order to draw the monk off holy ground and into combat.

Episode 14: For Evil's Sake

An evil immortal, Kuyler, has hired himself out down through time as an assassin. He strikes again in modern-day Paris using his signature disguise as a mime. MacLeod is able to track him down, although not without attracting the attention of Inspector Lebrun.

Episode 15: For Tomorrow We Die

MacLeod stumbles across the trail of an Immortal, Xavier St. Cloud, who uses poison gas to kill and rob innocent men and women. St. Cloud has confessed to Darius, but Darius cannot violate the confessional. It is up to MacLeod to stop the madman. Separately, Richie has fallen hard for a married woman who's just leading him on.

Episode 16: The Beast Below

A mysterious death at the Paris Opera re-acquaints MacLeod with one of the strangest Immortals he has met in his many travels - Ursa, a gentle but simple soul, more beast than man. MacLeod must break the hold of a selfish Diva who is using Ursa for her own purposes.

Episode 17: Saving Grace

MacLeod's old friend, Grace, is in danger from another Immortal, Carlo Sendara, a former lover who is obsessed with her. MacLeod steps in to protect Grace from both Sendaro and from the police, who suspect her of murdering her mortal lover, killed by Sendaro.

Episode 18: The Lady and the Tiger

A day at the circus reunites MacLeod with a former lover, the Immortal femme-fatale Amanda, who has always meant big trouble for him. This time, the trouble is with Amanda's old partner Zachary, to whom Amanda has promised MacLeod's head.

Episode 21: Nowhere To Run

When the stepdaughter of an Immortal is raped, the Immortal comes afterthe rapist. MacLeod, a guest in the home of the accused boy's father, feels he must protect the family from this unstoppable menace.

Episode 22: The Hunter's

Darius is killed in his church, and MacLeod and his old friend Fitzcairn learn that there are mortals who know about Immortals and are trying to eliminate them. When Fitz is grabbed by these killers, MacLeod must race the clock to save his friend and take revenge on the murderers of Darius.
